Integration

Krova + WhatsApp Business

Krova connects to a business's own WhatsApp Business account to help them manage customer conversations, follow up reliably, and understand what their customers need.

What Krova helps businesses do

Most small businesses talk to their customers on WhatsApp, and the detail gets lost — who was promised what, who is still waiting for a reply, which enquiry never got followed up. Krova reads the conversations a business already has and turns them into something the owner can act on.

  • Manage customer conversations from one place
  • Organise interactions by customer, so history is not scattered across chats
  • Identify enquiries and customers that need attention
  • Follow up with customers, and keep track of what was promised
  • Generate AI-assisted reply drafts for the business to review
  • Send customer updates such as reminders and follow-ups, using approved message templates
  • See insights drawn from the business's own customer activity

How it works

  1. 1
ConnectThe business connects its own WhatsApp Business account to Krova from the Krova dashboard, using the details from its own Meta Business account.
  2. 2
AuthorizeThe business authorizes Krova to access the information needed to provide the services it has chosen. Krova only accesses what those services require.
  3. 3
UnderstandKrova organises customer interactions and produces insights about customers and enquiries — for example, who is waiting on a reply and what was promised to whom.
  4. 4
Take actionThe business replies to customers, sends follow-ups, and reviews AI-assisted drafts before they are sent. Automated updates are sent only under rules the business sets up itself.

Your WhatsApp Business account, your control

The WhatsApp Business account belongs to the business, not to Krova. Krova does not claim ownership of a customer’s WhatsApp Business assets.

  • The business owns and controls its WhatsApp Business account.
  • Krova operates only with the authorization the business has given it.
  • The business can disconnect WhatsApp from Krova at any time in the dashboard, under Settings.
  • Disconnecting stops Krova from accessing further messages on that account.
  • Data already stored can be deleted on request — see Data Deletion.

How Krova uses business data

When a business connects WhatsApp to Krova, Krova processes the information required to provide the services that business has asked for. That includes message content, the phone numbers of the people in the conversation, timestamps and delivery status.

That information is used to:

  • Show and organise customer conversations in the dashboard
  • Build a per-customer view of past interactions
  • Identify commitments, open enquiries and customers who need follow-up
  • Generate reply drafts for the business to review
  • Send messages and updates the business has approved or configured

Krova uses this information to provide the service to the business that connected the account. Krova does not sell customer data. Message content is sent to Krova’s AI provider for processing so these features can work; that provider does not use it to train its models. The full detail, including every third-party processor, is in the Privacy Policy.

Who Krova is for

Krova is built for small and medium businesses that handle customer enquiries over WhatsApp and other channels — agencies, consultants, clinics, coaching institutes and similar service businesses.

A business needs its own WhatsApp Business account to use the WhatsApp features described on this page.
